Airport Pick-Up Information:
- Registration Requirement: Please register for the airport pick-up at least 24 hours before your arrival in Brisbane.
- Luggage Allowance: You may bring up to two suitcases and one carry-on item free of charge. Each additional suitcase will incur a fee of AUD$20, payable directly to the driver.
- Additional Passengers: If any additional passengers (who are not new UQ international students) accompany you, there will be an extra charge of AUD$20 per person and AUD$20 per piece of luggage, payable directly to the driver.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, and credit cards, all payable at the time of pick-up.
- Changes to Your Booking: If you need to make changes to your booking, please resubmit the form with the updated details, or email us at UQstudents@rallys.com.au
