Claim Your Missing Miles
If Asia Miles from an eligible Rally's Tours and Transfers journey haven't appeared in your Cathay membership account, submit your booking details below and our team will investigate.
Before You Submit
A few things to check first, so your claim can be processed as quickly as possible.
- Eligibility window: Claims for missing Asia Miles must be submitted within 180 days of the completed journey date.
- Linked payment card: Miles are only earned when the journey was paid using a Mastercard or Visa card linked to your Cathay membership profile at the time of booking.
- Booking reference: Have your Rally's Tours and Transfers booking reference number and transfer date on hand these speed up verification.
- Processing time: Asia Miles are normally credited around 5 days after a completed, fully paid journey. If it's been longer than that, submit a claim below.
- Need help another way? Email cathaymembers@rallys.com.au with your booking reference and Cathay membership number.
